This watercolor painting features a gull, standing on a sandy surface. Soft blues evoke a breezy coastal atmosphere. The bird is rendered with delicate washes of white, gray, and hints of brown for iridescence with striking orange legs below. The loose expressive brushwork gives the bird a lively and natural presence, while the overall style is fluid and airy, capturing the essence of the seaside environment.
